Coastal Piers and Docks has been a family owned and operated business for over 10 years. Manuel Tunchez founded this thriving venture from his coastal home in Rockport, Texas. We have expanded our services throughout the coastal bend and look forward to many more years serving our community. We have weathered hurricanes and continue to persevere.
We are always adding new creative projects and are open to crafting unique one of a kind builds. Our focus has been on waterfront builds including piers, bulkheads, docks, boat lifts, and boat houses, but we also provide services for residential and commercial construction projects.

We utilize a pneumatic hammer to install all foundations on waterfront projects. This ensures proper depth of pilings and brace structures.
Absolutely. We have added cleaning stations, boat houses, lifts, t heads, and much more to existing structures.
Yes! We will inspect existing structures and provide guidance on how we can help you. We have experience in leveling, plank repair and replacement, reinforcement, and repositioning of existing structures.
Every project differs, but salt water splash treated materials are generally preferred due to their ability to withstand the climate including humidity, tide strengths, and weather. There are other materials we utilize to increase the durability of our builds including ThruFlow decking and other composites.
